Joseph’s passion for wine began almost twenty years ago while working at a small hotel in Taunton, MA. He attended a seminar about sparkling wine production and has been fascinated by the many styles and flavors of wine produced around the world ever since. For the last 10 years he has worked at the prestigious Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. He has directed successful and award winning wine programs for several of the top restaurants there including Aqua at Bellagio, Sensi, and currently MICHAEL MINA Bellagio.
