PRIOR TO REGISTRATION, review the following General Information

Proof of full vaccination for candidates and Master Sommeliers is required at all CMS in-person programs until further notice. Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 doses of either Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, Cancino, and CoronaVac or 1 dose of either Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) or Convidecia at least 10 days prior to the program. All attendees will need to show proof of vaccination at check-in.
