The most essential piece in my journey towards becoming an MS is finding the strength to believe in myself and my abilities to overcome all the obstacles that I face. That is not to say that I always succeed, in fact it is quite the opposite. The prospect of failure or rather the opportunity to find a path forward is ever present. For me, it’s about finding a way forward and relying on myself as the final arbiter of my destiny.
